Many thanks for giving up your time to allow the Clubmark External Verification visit of your club to take place. The External Verification enables us to ensure that your NGB/CSP is continuing to demonstrate the robustness of Clubmark as a quality accreditation scheme. I would like also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback with regards the volunteer / club support programme which will prove extremely helpful as we look to develop a programme that is reflective of and responsive to the market need.

As discussed, attached is a ‘thank you’ letter addressed to your club to express our gratitude in their participation in such an important part of the Clubmark process. Please also be sure to pass on my thanks to committee for agreeing to be part of the process.

I have also attached the short case study form that I mentioned during the visit. If you could complete this with information that you feel would be useful for other clubs to hear I would be greatly appreciated. In particular it would be great to hear about how the Club has demonstrated that it is open to all and/or the benefits Clubmark has brought to the Club.
