At Shenley Scorpions Basketball Club our motto is “Basketball For All”. Want to play basketball for a team? Want to make friends, get fit? At Shenley Scorpions you can do all these things in a fun and safe environment. All our coaches are qualified through England Basketball, CRB cleared and registered with Milton Keynes Council. Our players represent Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, the South of England, the South APC and the England National Team, but if you just want to come to our practice sessions that’s fine too.
We are the only Clubmark and 3 Star Accredited basketball club in Milton Keynes and also the only club that enters the Buckinghamshire Basketball League in every age group so everyone gets the chance to play competitive games. We also have a partnership with the Bucks Hornets for elite players to compete at the National League level.

To join the club please contact us to arrange a FREE GO! Then please ensure you have downloaded, read and understood a copy of our Payment Instructions and the Buckinghamshire Basketball League Rules. Then prior to your next training session simply return:
- x1 Membership Form
- x2 Passport Photos of player (Not required for U10s and Minis)
- x1 Photocopy of player’s Passport or Birth Certificate
- x1 One off Registration Fee (£20 and then only £10 for each additional sibling)
- x1 Annual Training Fee (Paid Monthly by Standing Order to the club’s bank account before the 5th of each month – see ‘Payment instructions‘ for full details). There will often be a balance outstanding which must be paid prior to the club receiving your first Standing Order payment.
Sibling discounts
Registration fee: £20 first child, £10 second child
Monthly membership fees: Full rate for first child, 25% discount for second child, 30% discount for third child.
Cheques should be made payable to “Shenley Basketball Club”.
We do not force anyone to buy a kit as we have a full set of match kits provided by the club if you want to play for one of our teams in the Buckinghamshire Basketball League. Scorpions club merchandise including personalised hooded sweatshirts, shooting shirts and reversible basketball kits is available for anyone interested.
